OUR POLICY

 

At Panache, we require a 48-hour cancellation window to ensure that each stylist can make proper use of time and accommodate those guests who are waiting. If three missed or last-minute cancellations occur, a non-refundable deposit will need to be made upon booking your next appointment.  As always, any stylist will be happy to service any guest on same-day appointments if they occur.

When considering an all-over or corrective hair color, please consult with your stylist prior to appointment to allow proper timing. Your stylist has the right to reschedule your appointment if consultation or proper timing were not allotted. We take pride in our work, and it is paramount to have the time needed to service your every need.

We graciously accept many forms of payment.  Therefore, there will be an $35 charge applied to every returned check.
